A key facet of the BOL training experience at Cornell is one-on-one research mentorship of undergraduate students. Working as a BOL research assistant can provide a strong hands-on introduction to the field of clinical psychology and be excellent preparation for graduate school or careers in industry.

Prospective students should read our lab’s research before applying.

The application cycle for undergraduate Research Assistant positions for Fall 2024 has officially closed. We look forward to welcoming applications for Spring 2025 in the near future.
