Depression to Wellness
What’s the evidence that people can live happy, meaningful lives after episodes of depression? What accounts for these good outcomes? The Depression to Wellness Project is collecting data from people who are at different transition points from depression to well-being. Project results can offer a new basis for realistic hope about one of the most dreaded of all psychiatric disorders, sparking a rethink of the prognosis of depression and a much-needed conversation about well-being and aspiration in the post-pandemic era.
