Cassondra Lyman, M.A.

Graduate Student

Cass is a 1st-year graduate student in the Social Psychology Ph.D. program. She is interested in how people's perceptions of themselves and the world around them influence their long-term goals and functioning. Thus far, her research has focused on understanding how well-being changes over time, especially after depression. Soon, she will launch an additional study investigating thoughts about well-being.

Cass values rigorous, open science, and, as such, has earned a B.A. in Statistics and a graduate certificate in Data Analytics in addition to her degrees in psychology. She also thoroughly enjoys intellectually stimulating conversation and collaborative work, so please feel free to message her on a rainy day!
